4. Three pass boiler. The smoke go through three phase, making the
boiler have higher heat transfer efficiency and lower smoke
temperature emissed.
5. The hearth is designed with a cyclone reburning chamber, which
makes the boiler energy saving, high combustion efficiency and
environmental friendly.
6. Special air distribution design.
7. The hearth has large volume and strong fuel adaptability, it can
use various biomasses as the fuel.The big size furnace can be well
adapted to biomass's feature of high flame.
The size of some most common biomass fuel:
(1). Biomass/wood pellets:≤Φ10×30 mm
(2). Wood chips:≤100×50×50 mm
(3). Sawdust:≤20×20×10 mm
8. The arch is specially designed accordign to the fuel.
9. Design of preventing fouling, slagging and corrosion of heating
area.
10. It has a double-drum offset hearth (D-type layout) with furnace
in the right side of the boiler and two drums in the left side of
the boiler, the structure is very compact.

Biomass steam boiler applicaion
1. Food Industry
Boiler for food & beverage industry is used in the processes of
distillation, sterilization, disinfect, extraction, drying, and
curing, etc. The suitable boiler could be horizontal type biomass
fired chain grate water tube boiler. During the process of
distillation, disinfect, drying, sterilization and curing in food
processing industry, industrial steam boiler is the significant
heating equipment.
2. Rice Mill
Industrial steam boiler is used for starch liquidation and pasting.
The needed steam pressure is between 0.3MPa and 0.6MPa. The best
fuel for steam boiler is rice husk, which can save cost. Yuanda
Boiler products different types of rice husk boilers, including
both horizontal type and vertical type boilers with chain grate,
moving grate, fixed grate, and reciprocating grate.
3. Textile Industry
Industrial boiler plays a significant role in the textile industry,
the steam boiler is used for different processes, such as dyeing
and drying, and support the use of resing finishing stenter, dyeing
machine, drying room, and mixing mill, etc. The needed temperature
of textile process is 60~180℃.
4. Sugar Mill
Steam plays a significant role for the processes of heating,
gelatinization, and saccharify. The temperature needed is from
about 30℃ to 80℃. Steam boiler is used for heating, gelatinization,
and saccharify, etc. Heating equipment is equipped under mash
kettle, and then steam produced by boiler enter into the heating
equipment, and then heat the raw materials for starch hydrolysis.
