Biomass Steam Boiler is water tube chain grate double drum boiler. Biomass Steam Boiler
is mainly composed of upper and lower drums, convection tubes,
water-cooling wall tubes, down pipes and headers. 1-6tph boiler is
package boiler and 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is
composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat surface and lower part is
combustion equipment. Biomass Steam Boiler has big furnace which
has great apply for various type biomass fuel, like wood pellet,
rice husk, bagasse, palm kernel shell, etc. The unique design of
cyclone burn-out chamber makes the boiler with advantages of energy
saving and environmental protection.

Biomass Steam Boiler Application
1. Food industry: steam can be used for food disinfection, cooking;
Wine industry need to use steam;
2. Petrochemical industry: steam can be used to heat oil, to
strengthen the liquidity of oil;
3. Foam, furniture production: the steam can be used for producing
foam. When making furniture, wood needs to be dried with steam;
4. Filling block production:steam used for drying the aerated
brick;
5. Washing ironing industry: generally used in laundry, including
dry cleaning machines, dryers, washing machines, dehydration
machines, ironing machines, iron and other equipment supporting the
use;
6. Packaging machinery industry: labeling machines, sets of
standard machine;
7. Bio-chemical industry: fermentation tank, reactor, sandwich pan,
mixer, emulsifier and other equipment;
8. Food machinery industry: tofu machine, steamer, sterilization
tank, packaging machines, paint equipment, sealing machines and

Supervision of Installation and Commissioning Service
Supervision of installation and commissioning the equipment within
delivery scope is available by
our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:
1) The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.
- Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at the
end-user’s site.
- Necessary communication cost.
- Service fee of Seller worker: USD 100 per day per person, for the
entire period at the end-user’s site. This quotation excludes all
consumables during erection, commission and trail run, like
instrument, common tools, installation auxiliaries and oil etc.
