DZL series horizontal structure one drum water fire tube coal & biomass fuel manual fixed grate boiler are energy-saving, eco-friendly and prominent advantages comparing with other boiler structures.

1. Clean coke is a solid fuel, low sulfur dioxide emissions after combustion, in line with national environmental requirements.
2. Use of mechanical ventilation, complete combustion, Powerful, high thermal efficiency.

4. Capacity than the same fuel (gas) boiler-time low investment, low operation cost, is an economical and environmentally friendly boiler type.
5. Application of fuel: coke, anthracite block, the installation of desulfurization equipment for coal for the same.
6. Boiler capacity of 1-4T / H (0.7-2.8MW).

Note:

1. The fire tube adopt screw pipe to increse the heating area to avoid the thermal expansion.
2. Slag extractor has two types: screw slag machne and scraper slag machine.
3. The feeding system has two types: automatic feeding system and manual type feeding system.
4. Feed water pump adopt stainless steel feed water pump.
5. Economizer , can make full use of the smoke high temperature. and heat water to flow back to boiler to realize circle use.
6. Steam Manfold: in general is one inlet three outset, we also can equip according to customer's requirements.
7. Electric control cabinet, can realize automatic management.
8. Wet scrubber, can effective processing waste gas and using the high temperature of flue gas again.
