Boiler introduction
DZH model boiler adopts three pass structure, fire-water tube
boiler, is a low cost manual fuel feeding single drum boiler. This
model can use coal, biomass as fuel, has large furnace for burning.
DZH hand operated moving grate type which needs labour to feed fuel
and remove the dregs.
1. Adopting automatic screw feeding, with reasonable second air
technology and half gasification structure
helping fuel combusting completely, the thermal efficiency can
reach more than 90%. Stable flame, producing steam cautiously.
2. Primordial dust emissions density is low:The volume of the
coal-fired steam boiler is large and there is a dust separation
device, so the primordial dust emissions density will be controlled
much lower than the standard allowed.
3. Control system: Installing microcomputer to operate with
one-button, people just set the process, and it can work
automatically during the operating time. Once any abnormal
situation to happen, stopping automatically with sound-light alarm,
and pointing to the failure code, so it saves time to maintain.
