WNS series gas/oil fired hot water boiler is horizontal three pass
fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally
suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity, use all kinds of gas and
oil fuels,such as natural gas, lpg,lng,cng,city gas,biogas, diesel
oil,heavy oil.

Advantages of industrial hot water boiler

Increase the diameter of furnace on the basis of original
traditional design.expand the surface of radiant heat exchange. So,
mainly center on radiant heat exchange ,reduce the heat exchange
burden during the second and third return,and make the fuel burning

hearth in the high temperature area not only increase the area of
radiant heat exchange, but also make a resistance to the smoke

the heat exchange and shrinkage automatically,avoid the
in-perfection of welded sew crack due to the change of tube plate

gas.
3. Improve heat transfer technology
Apply the technology of heat transfer from “the light of Harbin
institute”.Adopt the design of efficient heat transfer screw thread
pipe and optimize the smoke speed.The output and heat efficiency of
boiler don’t decrease with the extend of operation time,thus
achieve a compact structure with 10% overload capacity.
4. Climate compensation, on-demand heating technology
Considering to the outside temperature and users’ heat
demand,boilers could control the water temperature in the support
of heat source efficiency automatically so that we achieve the goal
of on-demand heating and energy-saving heating.
