Applictaion fields
1. Rice Mill
In rice mill, industrial steam boiler is used for starch
liquidation and pasting. The needed steam pressure is between
0.3MPa and 0.6MPa. The best fuel for steam boiler is rice husk,
which can save cost. Yuanda Boiler products different types of rice
husk boilers, including both horizontal type and vertical type
boilers with chain grate, moving grate, fixed grate, and
reciprocating grate.
2. Paper Processing Industry
In paper processing industry, there are many processes (drying,
corrugating, boiling, etc.) that need steam. For example, steam is
necessary for drying, after squeezing, the paper still contain a
large amount of water (53%~70%), then steam boiler is used for
drying paper, and combine used with the cast iron dryer.
3. Textile Industry
Industrial boiler plays a significant role in the textile industry,
the steam boiler is used for different processes, such as dyeing
and drying, and support the use of resing finishing stenter, dyeing
machine, drying room, and mixing mill, etc. The needed temperature
of textile process is 60~180℃. Yuanda boiler developed a wide range
