Application of gas oil fired steam boiler
1. Brewery / Brewhouse
In brewery, steam is used for drying green malt,
gelatinizing/saccharifing raw materials, boiling wort, fermenting
beer, and pasteurizing bottles. Otherwise, hot water is also used
for sanitization. Generally, the steam boiler with 0.5ton~2ton
capacity is enough for a brewery, while, based on the production
ability, the steam capacity is a little different. Sitong Boiler

2. Rice Mill
In rice mill, industrial steam boiler is used for starch
liquidation and pasting. The needed steam pressure is between
0.3MPa and 0.6MPa. The best fuel for steam boiler is rice husk,

3. Paper Processing Industry

large amount of water (53%~70%), then steam boiler is used for
drying paper, and combine used with the cast iron dryer.During the
processes of drying, boiling, and corrugating in paper industry,
steam is extremely necessary. 9 bar pressure steam boiler is used
for pulp boiling to decompose the plant fiber and change color.

used for paper drying, to improve the paper strength.

exchange,mainly center on radiant heat exchange ,reduce the heat
exchange burden during the second and third return,and make the
fuel burning efficiently,reduce the harmful gas production.
Besides,the spiral hearth in the high temperature area not only
increase the area of radiant heat exchange, but also make a
resistance to the smoke movement.have a obvious effect about
radiation heat exchange.

touch screen,fool-type operation,safe and reliable,automatic
ignition/flame-out/fire switch,high fired gas,low pressure
protection,gas leakage protection,filling and stopping pump
automatically,high and low water warning,ultra low water-level
interlock,alarm when the temperature of smoke exhaust is too high
and stop furnace operating.
3. Large load imported burner configuration
80% configuration ratio,light load drive,enough thermal energy
import,guaranteed output,reduce equipment use fatigue,extend the
service life,the quality of inlet valve group is steady and
reliable.
