The DZL new water-fire tube boiler is a new eco-friendly and
energy-saving product co-developed by our company and famous Harbin
institute of Technology and director of Beijing Institute of Light
Boiler.
Special Features of DZL type
Wing flue
Function: cut down the smoke temperature inside the high
temperature tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling
Purpose: reduce the thermal load at the bottom of boiler,prevent
tube plate cracking ,prevent convex drum
Screw thread pipe
Function: strengthen heating transfer,reduce the quantity of pipe
and decrease the shell size
Purpose: save steel material,no dust,improve flexibility,prevent
tube plate cracking
New pattern of furnace arch
Function: strengthen the combustion ,strong adaptability of coal
quality
Purpose: Improve combustion efficiency
Smoke and dust separator chamber
Function: Separate smoke and dust according to inertia
Purpose: reduce the original effluent concentration of soot
Return water eject to the high temperature tube plate
Function: Improve the flow rate of high temperature tube plate and
prevent subcooled boiling
Purpose: prevent the tube plate cracking
Large size of simple circulation loop drop pipe and lower set box
Function: Increase the flow rate of water on water cooling wall in
order to prevent subcooled boiling
Purpose: To prevent pipe explosion,Increase the reliability of
water cycle
